We build and operate highly engaging learning programs to help individuals learn technology skills, support them on their journeys, and empower them to change the world for the better. We build digital shapers.

We need to address the digital skill gap which is accelerated by automation and new technologies. We want to enable everyone to use their technological skills for good by approaching the challenges of our time with a digital and entrepreneurial mindset.
We are around 400 volunteers from the globe who work together on building digital shapers. We are organised in local and global teams: There is one local team physically in every TechLabs location while the global team supports the whole TechLabs organization virtually.
We consist of a diverse mix of students and employees, we pursue a wide variety of interests and inspire each other every day.
