What you will do as an Web Development Mentor
- Mentorship and Guidance:
- Provide mentorship to Techies in the Web Development track, supporting them in their learning journey.
- Assist learners with project management, ensuring they stay organized and on track.
- Offer one-on-one sessions to address specific questions and challenges faced by learners.
- Engage and Support:
- Actively participate in the track Slack channel, encouraging discussions and engagement.
- Answer questions and engage in Web Development discussions, providing insights and knowledge.
- Help organize and conduct presentations, workshops, and office hours to provide additional support and learning opportunities.
- Overall Goal:
- Ensure participants have a fulfilling and enriching experience during their TechLabs semester.
- Participate in mentor meetings, providing feedback to improve the learning experience and curriculum.
