Ready to inspire the next generation of tech talent? As a TechLabs mentor, you’ll guide passionate career changers and tech enthusiasts through an exciting remote learning journey, helping them transform ideas into real-world solutions—all from the comfort of your own workspace! 🌍✨

What Will You Do as a TechLabs Mentor?

• 🤔 Support Project Ideation: Help students refine and develop their project ideas during the initial brainstorming phase.
• 🎯 Define Project Vision: Work closely with your team to create a clear and actionable project plan.
• 💻 Coach and Motivate: Mentor a project team (5–10 students) with regular check-ins and support throughout the Project Phase.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• 🔔 Be Active on Slack: Answer questions and provide guidance daily, responding to queries within 24 hours.
• 📅 Weekly Check-Ins: Host virtual meetings with your mentees to discuss progress, troubleshoot challenges, and keep the momentum going.
• 🎉 Participate in Events: Attend key events during the semester, such as Pitch Night or Final Presentations, to celebrate milestones with your team.
• 🗓️ Project Timeline: Mentor your team from December 3rd to February 29th, with the Project Phase concluding on February 3rd.
