TechLabs is a learning accelerator for technology skills. As a non-profit organization, we dream of a world full of digital shapers. With a pioneering new design of a learning journey, we create a new community of tech-savvy individuals who approach the problems of our time with a digital mindset.
So, what will you do at TechLabs as a People Manager?
Help to ensure that TechLabs Lisbon will be a continuously growing organization and be responsible for creating a healthy and fun working culture within our amazing team of volunteers.
Your activities at TechLabs are determined by your personal goals and preferences, including (while not being limited to) some of the following tasks:
- Make sure that our Digital Shaper Program participants (Techies) have the greatest Team possible during their TechLabs semester and get the chance to be part of this amazing team.
- Take a strategic perspective on the current availabilities of our Team members and plan ahead, to ensure that we always have enough manpower to provide the best possible services
- Streamline and improve our hiring process and lead interviews with new potential Management Members
- Develop, conceptualize & execute self-responsible projects (knowledge transfer, company culture, feedback cycles, etc.) in order to improve our organization and the experience of our management members.
- Be responsible for organizing Team events and creating a high performance team in a cool environment
- Work closely with the founding members
