What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize the entire participant experience throughout the TechLabs semester—from onboarding to final project pitches
• Identify, onboard, and keep mentors engaged in the community so they can give their best to our Techies
• Plan, organize, and coordinate everything from brainstorming sessions and idea validation workshops to the final project presentations
• Plan workshops, social events, keynotes, and meetups that bring our community together
• Be the first point of contact for Techies' questions, help them find realistic project ideas, and guide them through their final pitches
• Develop and execute your own projects to make the program even better (e.g. alumni programs, study buddy systems, new workshop formats)
• Maintain participant data, gather feedback, and make sure everyone has an amazing TechLabs experience

What You Bring

• You're an organizational talent who can juggle multiple projects and keep everything on track
• You'll be in Aachen for the next semester (continuity matters for our participants!)
• You have a strong initiative and love questioning and improving how education works
• You're excited to rethink digital education with an ambitious team of volunteers
• Previous Experience in workshop methods like design thinking or idea validation is a PLUS.
• Previous Experience in ambitious projects and/or event organizing is a PLUS.
• Don’t worry about coding skills, they are not required!
• You're passionate about teaching and connecting with people from different backgrounds. No experience and background needed :)
