TechLabs is a learning accelerator for technology skills. As a non-profit organization, we dream of a world full of digital shapers. With a pioneering new design of a learning journey, we create a new community of tech-savvy individuals who approach the problems of our time with a digital mindset.

So, what will you do at TechLabs as Operations Lead?

You will manage create a culture of collaborative and purposeful teams in TechLabs Stockholm. It will be your job to build a community of volunteers in TechLabs Stockholm to rethink digital education in the area.

• Serve as the key point of contact between TechLabs Stockholm and TechLabs Global team
• Organize team meetings and lead discussions
• Support the different teams and help them coordinate their efforts
• Create a great work culture to make sure everybody in the team has a great experience, happy, and heard
• Develop a long-term vision for TechLabs in Stockholm

• You are comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy and accountability for delivering results, yet know how to identify risk and escalate concerns
• You are motivated, a great communicator with high social intelligence, and a natural in project management
