🚀 So, what will you do at TechLabs as a UX Track Lead?

The many track-specific tasks include:
- Being active, encourage discussions in the track slack channel.
- Answering questions, discussions regarding UX topics.
- Organizing track-specific presentations and office hours
You will support the organization and the Journey team by
- Supporting UX Techies on how to manage their projects and get organized
- Participate in team meetings where your feedback and input will be help us improve the learning experience
- Coordinating with UX mentors who can support learners during their project journey
You will be the primary contact point for Techies in the UX Track.
You will guide the Techies (learners) through their TechLabs tracks and help them build a successful project.
All in all: Make sure that our Digital Shaper Program participants have the greatest experience possible during their TechLabs semester. Get the Chance to participate in a Team that lives this experience.

✅ You might be a good fit if

You've got at least intermediate-level skills in the UX field. You don't have to hold a degree but having worked as a (UX/UI, product) designer before or having completed some (online) university courses in this field will be vastly helpful
You have an outgoing personality who likes to connect with people of diverse backgrounds
You love to share your experience with young tech enthusiasts and are willing to assist them in the learning process (3~5 h / week)
You are a fast, adaptable learner and a team player!
