Disclaimer: we're a diverse team and open to local as well as international applicants. So we wrote this one in English. Yet, good German skills are definitely a big plus, as most of our internal communication is (still) in German.

You might be a good fit if...
- You are an outgoing personality who likes to connect with people of different backgrounds.
- You are an organizational talent.
- You have a strong initiative and will to question and improve existing approaches in education.
- You would like to rethink digital education together with an ambitious and newly founded team of volunteers. You know it's a hard problem to solve. But you also know that once solved, teaching people and watching them understand the world a little bit better is one of the most rewarding experiences in your life.
- We highly value our team spirit. For that reason, it's important to us that you plan to volunteer at TechLabs for more than 6 months and appreciate if you live somewhat close to Dortmund to join us for a social event sometimes.
- As a bonus, you have worked on challenging projects and ambitious (nonprofit) visions before. You have failed a couple of times and you have an idea of why you did so. You're eager to experiment, to fail, and to succeed together with us more often than you ever did before.
