Vision

TechLabs is a learning accelerator for technology skills. As a non-profit organization, we dream of a world full of digital shapers. With a pioneering new design of a learning journey, we create a new community of tech-savvy individuals who approach the problems of our time with a digital mindset.

We aim for two distinctive goals:

1. Effective Learning: We give students the most effective way to build domain expertise in the tech area. We achieve this through a revolutionary combination of blended & accelerated learning techniques.
2. Learning at scale without boundaries: We bring our offering to as many ambitious people as possible. In particular to those who need it the most and/or create the most impact.

These two goals guide us as a framework for our daily work. This is how we measure impact. Everything we do here at TechLabs pays into one of these goals.

Tasks

1. You have the overview and timings! Our cohort includes different studies and schedules, you are responsible to keep the overview and set the timings for events, creating a smooth journey for everyone.
2. Together with the President and Vice President, you are organizing the application process of future TechLabs students.
3. Actively design Digital Shaper Journey - bring your own ideas, initiate events and form our TechLabs Barcelona community with your own touch.
