TechLabs is a learning accelerator for technology skills. As a non-profit organization, we dream of a world full of digital shapers. With a pioneering new design of a learning journey, we create a new community of tech-savvy individuals who approach the problems of our time with a digital mindset.

So, what will you do at TechLabs as Journey Manager?

Help to shape the participant's journey of the TechLabs Digital Shaper Program by creating & optimizing major components of the program as well as to plan, organize and coordinate TechLabs community meetings (e.g. workshops, socials, keynotes, etc.) during the semester.

• Take a strategic perspective on the integration of the project phase, community events/workshops, mentoring, company visits, etc.
• Consult with our speakers and business partners to offer the best workshops possible matching the overarching goals of TechLabs
• Develop, conceptualize & execute self-responsible projects (alumni concept, study buddies, project phase) in order to improve our product and the experience of our program participants
• Make sure that our Digital Shaper Program participants have the greatest experience possible during their TechLabs semester and get the chance to participate in a team that lives this experience
