Disclaimer: we're a diverse team and open to local as well as international applicants. So we wrote this one in English. Yet, good German skills are definitely a big plus, as most of our internal communication is (still) in German.
So, what will you do at TechLabs as Part of the Journey Team?
- Help to shape the participant's journey of the TechLabs Digital Shaper Program by enhancing their learning experience.
- You support and motivate the team with the selection process of our participants.
- You are finding (scalable) solutions for collaboration for the program participants and within the Dortmund Team.
- You are the first point of contact during the Academy-Phase in the Digital Shaper Program.
More specific responsibilities may look like this:
- DEVELOP, CONCEPTUALIZE & EXECUTE CX - PRODUCT IMPROVEMENTS
- ONBOARDING AND TRACK PERSONALIZATION
- SUPERVISION OF PARTICIPANTS
You might be a good fit if...
- You believe in the TechLabs vision and committed to making a difference!
- You have a strong initiative and will to question and improve existing approaches in education.
- You are an organizational talent.
- We highly value our team spirit. For that reason, it's important to us that you plan to volunteer at TechLabs for more than 6 months and appreciate if you live somewhat close to Dortmund to join us for a social event sometimes.
- You have a digital mindset, and are also eager to meet locally for effective working sessions.
- You would like to rethink digital education together with an ambitious and newly founded team of volunteers. You know it's a hard problem to solve. But you also know that once solved, teaching people and watching them understand the world a little bit better is one of the most rewarding experiences in your life.
- As a bonus, you have worked on challenging projects and ambitious (nonprofit) visions before. You have failed a couple of times and you have an idea of why you did so. You're eager to experiment, to fail, and to succeed together with us more often than you ever did before.
