- Take an active part in the ideation phase to help Techies develop and define a clear project vision that's both exciting and achievable
- Be available for (bi-)weekly check-ins during the project phase (May-October / November-March) to track progress and help overcome technical or motivational challenges
- Stay reachable via Whatsapp for questions and try to reply within 24 hours—you're their go-to expert!
- Join the "Idea Evaluation" & "Project Kick-Off" sessions (online, ~2 hours each, exact dates announced in April / October)
- (optional but encouraged): Give special lectures on topics you're passionate about or research you're working on—our community loves these sessions!

- For Winter Semester: Late November to the end of March
- You enjoy teaching tech / design skills but you're also curious and ambitious to keep learning new things yourself
- You love sharing your experience with young tech enthusiasts and helping them realize hands-on projects
- Don’t need to be an expert in everything—passion and expertise in one track is enough
- Don’t need to have years of professional experience—if you've built projects and love teaching, you're ready

More About Digital Shaper Program (DSP)
Our "DigitalShaper" program has an initial 6-week learning phase where the participants ("Techies") study through online courses on their own with little or no inputs needed from you. The coding level of the participants varies from beginners to advanced coders. But they will strive hard to be on par before the "Project Phase" starts.
