What You'll Do
</aside>
- Find and recruit potential motivated, mission-aligned members
- Create awesome onboarding experiences and handle offboarding when members leave
- Work with each member on their Personal Development Plan by supporting them to figure out their goals and fit them with our organization.
- Maintain accurate job descriptions and member documentation
- Keep in touch and support members when they need someone to talk to
- Plan and execute internal events, meetings, and social gatherings that strengthen community and culture

What You Bring

- You genuinely enjoy organizing events and designing experiences people remember
- You're interested in learning about people—you get what motivates different personalities and you’re keen to bring out the best in them
- You're excited to build something from scratch and learn by doing along with us!
- You have opinions but you're open-minded to hear others’ perspectives and work together
- You want to prove that HR in nonprofits can actually be creative and human (not just paperwork)
- Don’t worry about coding skills, they are not required!
- You’re passionate about people development. No experience and background needed :)
