Vision
TechLabs is a learning accelerator for technology skills. As a non-profit organization, we dream of a world full of digital shapers. With a pioneering new design of a learning journey, we create a new community of tech-savvy individuals who approach the problems of our time with a digital mindset.
So, what will you do at TechLabs as HR Team Member?
Help to recruit, build and retain one of the most dedicated non-profit teams across Europe. Rethink the status quo of HR in nonprofits and build an overwhelming journey for the TechLabs management team.
- Attract and recruit high-quality talent for our international team, and design the onboarding experience for new team members so that they identify with our mission from day one.
- Develop and implement a huge variety of benefits, 'career paths' and perspectives for members of our management team. What and how can they learn at TechLabs? How can they use it for personal growth? How do we best use the impressive network of the team to support each other?
- Build one of the strongest alumni network in the field of digital education. Most of our former team members go on to start working at the most reputable organisations in the world and in a huge variety of industries (startups, strategy consulting, politics, etc.). That's a huge asset. How would you use it?
You might be a good fit if...
- You are located in the Netherlands
- You care about people and have sharp intuition for how people are attracted, motivated, and inspired in a nonprofit environment.
- You are engaging, open-minded and a good listener, who enjoys collaborating with people from various backgrounds.
- You are a great communicator and available 5-10 hours/week.
- You are basically an "experience designer" in the HR field. You don't rely on the status quo of (almost non-existent) HR in traditional non-profits. You want to rethink it and build a whole new experience on your own.
- You have highly curious and eager to experiment, fail and learn
- As a bonus, you have worked on challenging projects and ambitious (nonprofit) visions before. You have failed a couple of times and you have an idea of why you did so. You're eager to experiment, to fail, and to succeed together with us more often than you ever did before.
