Our newly established HR team is responsible for recruiting, building, and retaining one of the most dedicated nonprofit teams in the digital scene across Aachen. Not only do we want to keep the team highly motivated and bonded, but we also wish to create a fitting environment so that both our team members and the organization can grow. For this goal, we need ambitious, yet creative members, who are in touch with the other departments and are not afraid to try out new ideas.
Responsibilities
- Recruit high-quality talent for our highly motivated local team
- Design the team member life cycle like the onboarding experience
- Be our "happiness manager": Organize awesome events for our members and if you like, also our mentors and techies!
- Keep in touch with other departments by being a part of them
Requirements
- You love to organize social events and design experiences
- You care about people and have sharp intuition for how people are attracted, motivated, and inspired
- You want to rethink the status quo of (almost non-existent) HR in traditional nonprofits and build a whole new experience on your own
- You have strong beliefs, but don't hold onto them with white knuckles. You're a good listener who likes to collaborate
- Don’t worry about coding skills, they are not required!
