- You will own the process of recruiting new team members:
- Create/update job postings.
- Screen the applications.
- Communicate with applicants.
- Schedule and conduct interviews.
- Update the applicantโs database.
- Kickstart the onboarding processes.
- You will maintain a smooth onboarding process by
- Creating individual applicant pages and necessary documents.
- Assist volunteering members in connecting with the teams.
- Set up initial meetings with the teams.
- You will own the HR pages and maintain up-to-date information on workflow/working data.
- You will help to improve the current processes and apply the best HR practices.
- You will participate in management meetings and working groups to represent HR matters and contribute to semester planning, culture building, and the volunteer resources fulfillment of the semester.
