TechLabs is a learning accelerator for technology skills. As a non-profit organization, we dream of a world full of digital shapers. With a pioneering new design of a learning journey, we create a new community of tech-savvy individuals who approach the problems of our time with a digital mindset.

So, what will you do at TechLabs as a Digital Semester Coordinator?

Help to shape the participant's journey of the TechLabs Digital Shaper Program by assisting our Techies & optimizing major components of the program. Your activities at TechLabs are determined by your personal goals and preferences, including (while not being limited to) some of the following tasks:

• Providing technical support and guidance for our students in at least one of our four tracks (Data Science, AI, Web Development and UX Design) and/or help our students with tools, such as GitHub.
• Guiding and preparing our mentors for the project phase of the semester.
• Develop, conceptualize & execute self-responsible projects (alumni concept, study buddies, project phase) in order to improve our product and the experience of our program participants
• Manage the integration of the 1) self-learning phase & the 2) project phase, communications (e.g. email, Slack), workshops, mentoring and so on.
• Consult with our speakers and business partners to offer the best workshops possible matching the overarching goals of TechLabs.
• Make sure that our Digital Shaper Program participants (Techies) have the greatest experience possible during their TechLabs semester and get the chance to participate in a team that lives this experience.
